Processing time
- Orders are typically processed and shipped the next business day.
- Processing times exclude weekends and major holidays.
Shipping carriers & methods
- Street address Ships via FedEx 2 Day (P.O. Boxes not accepted).
- P.O. Box Ships via USPS Priority Mail (P.O. Boxes only).
- Shipping method is automatically determined by the address entered at checkout.
Delivery timeframes
- USPS Priority Mail: Typically delivers within 2–5 business days after carrier pickup.
- Delivery times can vary during peak or holiday seasons based on carrier processing.
Package protection & claims (Route)
We’ve partnered with Route, a third-party package protection and tracking service, to give customers added peace of mind once an order is in transit.
- If you added Package Protection by Route at checkout, Route can assist if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
- Route also offers a mobile app that lets you visually track all your online orders in one place. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.
- Package Protection must be selected at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed.
Tip: For the fastest resolution on in-transit issues, filing with Route (when added at checkout) is typically quicker than a standard carrier investigation.
If you did not add Package Protection at checkout and have a delivery issue, please contact our team at Customer Support and include your order number.
Delivery support (what we can help with)
- If tracking shows delivered but not received, contact us within 3 business days so we can help initiate a carrier trace when applicable.
- If tracking shows lost in transit, we will review the situation and advise next steps based on carrier status and whether Package Protection was added at checkout.
- Exclusions: incorrect addresses entered at checkout, refused or returned packages, and locations with documented mail theft.
Tip: Using a secure delivery address is recommended. Signature confirmation may be required for reshipments.
Tracking & updates
- Tracking information is emailed automatically once your shipping label is created.
- Tracking updates may not appear immediately and can lag until the carrier performs the first scan.
- After handoff to FedEx or USPS, delivery timing and tracking updates are controlled by the carrier.
Address accuracy
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- Street addresses cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- Address changes are only possible before shipment.
U.S. shipping only
- We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
- No international shipping, forwarding services, or reshippers.
- Orders placed with non-U.S. destinations will be canceled and refunded.
