Terms of Sale & Use
These terms govern every purchase from and use of this website. They are a binding agreement between you and NUPEPS Peptides. Read Section 1 carefully — all materials are sold strictly for laboratory research use.

Research Use Only
For laboratory research use only
All products sold by NUPEPS Peptides are supplied strictly as research chemicals for in-vitro laboratory investigation by qualified professionals. They are NOT drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, medical devices, or veterinary products. They are not for human or animal consumption, injection, ingestion, inhalation, topical application, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or any clinical purpose whatsoever.
No product offered on this website has been approved, cleared, or authorized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any comparable regulator for human or veterinary use. Nothing on this website constitutes a representation that any product is safe or effective for any use in humans or animals.
By placing an order you acknowledge that you understand this restriction, that you are acquiring the material solely for legitimate laboratory research, and that you accept full and exclusive responsibility for the manner in which the material is stored, handled, used, and disposed of after delivery.
This restriction is a material term of sale. It is not a formality, and it is not waivable by either party.
Eligibility & Buyer Attestations
To purchase, you must be at least 21 years of age and must be a qualified researcher, or an employee or authorized agent of a research institution, laboratory, university, or comparable organization with the facilities and trained personnel required to handle research chemicals safely.
When you complete checkout you affirmatively attest, and you repeat that attestation with every subsequent order, that each of the following is true:
- You meet the minimum age requirement stated above.
- You are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a research organization.
- The material will be used solely for in-vitro laboratory research and will never be administered to humans or animals.
- You will not resell, transfer, repackage, relabel, or redistribute the material for any consumptive, clinical, or therapeutic purpose.
- You are legally permitted to receive and possess the material in your jurisdiction.
- The information you provide at checkout, including the shipping destination, is accurate and complete.
A false attestation is a material breach of these terms. It voids all warranties, terminates any obligation we may otherwise have to you, and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Prohibited Uses
You may not, directly or indirectly:
- Administer, or permit the administration of, any product to a human being or animal by any route.
- Use any product in a clinical trial, compounding operation, medical practice, wellness clinic, or diagnostic workflow.
- Repackage, dilute, reformulate, relabel, or market any product as a drug, supplement, cosmetic, or consumable.
- Resell any product to an individual consumer, or to any party you know or reasonably suspect intends consumptive use.
- Represent, publicly or privately, that any product is approved, safe, or effective for human or veterinary use.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any hazard warning, lot identifier, or research-use-only labeling.
- Use any product in violation of any applicable federal, state, local, or international law, or in a manner that violates any sports or athletic governing body rule.
We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order, and may decline to serve any customer, at our sole discretion and without stating a reason. We may also refuse orders that present indicators of consumptive intent or diversion.
No Medical or Professional Advice
Product pages, certificates of analysis, reconstitution notes, storage guidance, blog content, and support correspondence are provided for informational and research-planning purposes only. None of it is medical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, legal, or regulatory advice, and none of it should be construed as a dosing recommendation or a protocol for use in a living subject.
Our staff cannot and will not advise on human or animal administration, dosing, cycling, stacking, or therapeutic application, and any such request will be declined. Research design, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance remain entirely your responsibility.
Orders, Pricing & Acceptance
Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. No order is binding on us until we accept it by dispatching the material. Until then we may decline or cancel it in whole or in part.
We work to keep pricing, availability, purity figures, and product descriptions accurate, but errors occur. Where a product is listed at an incorrect price or with a material description error, we may cancel the affected order even after confirmation, and we will refund any amount already charged. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes, duties, and shipping unless stated otherwise.
We may impose quantity limits per product, per order, or per customer, and may require additional verification of your research credentials before releasing an order.
Shipping, Title & Risk of Loss
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the material to the carrier. You are responsible for providing a shipping destination where a qualified person can receive and immediately place the material into appropriate storage. We are not responsible for degradation caused by a shipment left unattended, refused, or misaddressed by you.
You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs formalities at the destination, and for confirming in advance that the material may lawfully be imported into your jurisdiction.
Returns, Refunds & Damaged Shipments
Because sterility, cold-chain integrity, and chain of custody cannot be verified once material leaves our control, opened, used, or temperature-compromised products are not returnable.
- Unopened products in original packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection and a possible restocking fee.
- Shipping damage or a visibly compromised package must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photographs of the packaging and contents.
- Fulfilment errors on our part — wrong item, wrong quantity, wrong lot — will be corrected at our expense.
- We do not issue refunds because a research result did not match your expectation, or because you changed your mind about a suitable, correctly supplied product.
Contact us before shipping anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Your Handling, Safety & Disposal Obligations
On delivery you assume sole responsibility for safe custody of the material. You agree to treat every product as a potentially hazardous substance of unknown biological activity and to:
- Restrict access to trained personnel operating in an appropriate laboratory environment.
- Use suitable engineering controls and personal protective equipment.
- Store material under the stated conditions and keep it clearly labelled and segregated from consumables.
- Maintain internal records sufficient to trace the material while it is in your possession.
- Dispose of unused material and containers in accordance with applicable waste regulations.
You are solely responsible for obtaining any institutional, ethical, or governmental authorization your research requires.
Limited Warranty & Disclaimers
We warrant only that, at the time we deliver it to the carrier, the material conforms in identity and purity to the certificate of analysis issued for its lot. This is the sole and exclusive warranty we provide, and it runs only to the original purchaser.
No other warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED ABOVE, ALL PRODUCTS AND THIS WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY PRODUCT IS SAFE, EFFECTIVE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE, AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR HUMAN OR VETERINARY USE.
Any warranty claim is void where the material has been stored improperly, altered, repackaged, or used outside the permitted research scope.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NUPEPS Peptides, together with its officers, employees, suppliers, and agents, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, personal injury, or death, arising out of or relating to any product or to your use of this website — even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the lesser of the amount you actually paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim, or the cost of replacing that product.
We accept no liability whatsoever for injury, loss, or damage resulting from administration of any product to a human or animal, from any use outside in-vitro laboratory research, or from your breach of these terms. You assume all risk for such use.
Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you. In that case our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NUPEPS Peptides and its officers, employees, suppliers, and agents from and against all claims, actions, investigations, liabilities, losses, damages, fines, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to:
- Your use, misuse, storage, transport, or disposal of any product.
- Any administration of a product to a human or animal, whether by you or by anyone who obtained it from you.
- Your breach of these terms or of any attestation you made at checkout.
- Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Any claim brought by a person who was harmed by material you purchased from us.
This obligation survives completion of your order and any termination of your relationship with us.
Regulatory & Export Compliance
You are responsible for determining whether a product may lawfully be imported, possessed, and used where you are, and for complying with all applicable laws, including export control and sanctions rules. Research chemicals that are lawful in one jurisdiction may be controlled or prohibited in another.
You may not export, re-export, or transfer any product in violation of applicable export controls or to any embargoed destination or restricted party. We may withhold shipment to any destination where we cannot satisfy ourselves that the transaction is lawful.
Intellectual Property
This website and its content — including the NUPEPS Peptides name, logo, text, product photography, layout, and documentation — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or use them commercially without our prior written permission.
Purchasing a product conveys no licence to any patent, trademark, or other intellectual property right beyond the right to use that physical material for permitted internal research.
Acceptable Use of This Website
You agree not to interfere with the operation or security of this website, including by probing or scanning it, circumventing access controls, submitting false information, scraping it by automated means, or introducing malicious code. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate access to the website, or refuse future orders, for any conduct we reasonably believe violates these terms or exposes us or others to risk.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules and excluding the U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting one another. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, seated in the governing jurisdiction, rather than in court — except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court or seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property.
To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought individually. You and we waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action, and waive any right to a jury trial. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises or it is permanently barred.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new effective date. The terms in force when you place an order govern that order. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, so review this page periodically.
General Provisions
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be narrowed to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions stay in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Research Use & Compliance Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your purchases and supersede any prior understanding. Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control.
