2. Age requirement You must be 18+ to purchase.
3. Qualified handling Products must be trained professionals handle in controlled facilities. Furthermore, no license or patent rights are granted or implied by listing these materials. Additionally, buyers acknowledge inherent hazards and will use appropriate Peptide engineering controls and SOPs.
4. Buyer responsibilities As a buyer, you must perform independent due diligence on hazards, storage, and disposal. Moreover, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations at the local, state, federal, and international level. Furthermore, you must verify that acquisition, possession, and research use are lawful for your organization and location.
5. Product testing & compliance These products are not for commercial manufacture of foods, drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics. Therefore, you are responsible for any testing or verification your research protocols and compliance frameworks require. 6. TSCA & regulatory status Unless noted, products may not appear on the TSCA inventory. Therefore, buyers are responsible for determining TSCA applicability and any pre-manufacture or reporting requirements before non-exempt use.
7. Resale / relabeling Products are not for resale. However, if you repackage, relabel, or use them as components, you assume all obligations for regulatory compliance and accuracy of any assays or specifications you represent.
8. Export controls Some products may fall under U.S. export control laws and sanctions. Therefore, you agree not to export, re-export, or transfer them in violation of applicable law.
9. Limitation of liability Nupeps-Pep accepts no liability for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. Furthermore, buyers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nupeps-Pep, its owners, and affiliates from claims arising from handling or use. As a result, all use is at your own risk and products are provided as-is.
10. Orders, returns & refusals Nupeps-Pep may refuse, cancel, or restrict any order it deems non-compliant. Due to the research-grade nature of these materials, opened chemicals are not returnable. Unopened returns are evaluated at our discretion for safety and chain-of-custody reasons.
11. Governing law & venue These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington (without regard to conflicts rules). Exclusive venue and jurisdiction: state or federal courts in Clark County, Washington.
