Returns & Refund Policy

By accessing or using this website (the “Site”) and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1) Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
2) Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@nupeps.com. Sale items Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
3) Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@nupeps.com including a photo of the damaged product.
4) Shipping
- We at NUPEPS PEPTIDES offer FREE shipping on orders over $250 within the US.
- All our Free Shipping offers are for US addresses only, unless specified otherwise.
- All of the most current shipping options are shown on the cart checkout page (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
- We offer same (business) day shipping for orders placed before 3pm EST Monday-Friday. All orders received after 3pm EST, or on weekends or holidays, will ship on the next business day.
When your order ships, our systems will automatically generate a “Package Shipped” EMAIL/SMS notification that will include a tracking number.
- Shipping rates and options, including free shipping, are subject to change at any time without notice.
5) Shipping Insurance
Please be advised: We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance which is available for an additional $4.99 before completing your purchase. You can click the shipping insurance checkbox on our cart checkout page. In the event your package is lost, NUPEPS PEPTIDES will reship your items to you. We are no longer able to take responsibility for damages or lost orders unless shipping insurance is purchased during the checkout process included.
If your item was damaged during transport or arrived broken, a photo and video must be provided of the issue as soon as possible. This is required for our team to review the situation with management and determine the appropriate next steps..
SHIPPING INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER STOLEN PACKAGES
If you accidentally added shipping insurance to your order, please note we do not offer refunds on shipping insurance but we can give you a store credit in the amount of $4.99.
6) Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel your order by contacting us at contact@nupeps.com for a refund on applicable items.
Refunds may be requested up to 10 days after an order is placed. Their is a 20% restocking fee for all returns/exchanges.
