NUPEPS PEPTIDES Responds to Finnrick Report

NUPEPS PEPTIDES disputes the attribution of unauthorized cryptocurrency payment requests to our company in Finnrick's published vendor report.

Our position is clear: NUPEPS PEPTIDES does not accept cryptocurrency payments. Anyone requesting Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum, or another cryptocurrency while claiming to represent NUPEPS PEPTIDES should not be assumed to be acting on our behalf.

We report that an unauthorized third party used our company information to request cryptocurrency payments. The distinction between a business and someone impersonating that business is central to understanding these allegations.

Using our name does not establish authorization

A company name, copied logo, or business identity displayed on an account does not, by itself, establish who operates that account or receives its payments.

Before attributing a disputed transaction to NUPEPS PEPTIDES, the evidence should establish who controlled the account, who issued the payment instructions, and who received the funds.

Customers reporting a loss deserve to have their concerns investigated. Identifying the actual recipient is essential both to protecting those customers and to avoiding unsupported conclusions about our business.

Our response to Finnrick's cryptocurrency and Telegram allegations

Finnrick's report raises concerns involving a NUPEPS PEPTIDES-branded cryptocurrency portal and alleged Telegram transactions. NUPEPS PEPTIDES disputes the attribution of unauthorized payment activity to our company.

We ask Finnrick to disclose the evidence supporting that attribution, including:

  • The specific accounts and usernames involved.
  • The original payment instructions and relevant dates.
  • Cryptocurrency wallet addresses and transaction records.
  • Evidence identifying the recipients of those payments.
  • Records establishing who controlled the referenced portal during the relevant period.
  • The basis for treating an account or communication as authorized by NUPEPS PEPTIDES.

The referenced subdomain also warrants a specific technical explanation. Branding alone cannot resolve questions about historical control, authorization, or payment recipients.

Our objection is to attributing another party's conduct to NUPEPS PEPTIDES without adequately establishing that connection.

Our published payment warning

NUPEPS PEPTIDES has published a Fraud & Impersonation Notice on its official website explaining our position and warning visitors about unauthorized cryptocurrency requests.

Customers should begin at nupeps.com, use the payment methods presented through the official website, and verify questionable communications through our published contact information.

A cryptocurrency request made in the NUPEPS PEPTIDES name conflicts with our stated payment policy. Do not send funds before contacting us independently.

Product testing and payment allegations are separate questions

Finnrick's public summary records four passing tests and no failures for the NUPEPS PEPTIDES samples it tested, covering two compounds.

Those results should be represented accurately and limited to the samples and testing performed. They do not validate every product, establish suitability for human use, or resolve unrelated allegations about payment activity.

The same principle applies in the other direction: allegations involving an unauthorized payment recipient should not automatically be treated as evidence about the identity or analytical quality of a product.

What we ask Finnrick to correct

We ask Finnrick to review our published impersonation notice, examine the underlying payment evidence, and correct any attribution that its records cannot substantiate.

We also request that the report clearly distinguish:

  • Documented transactions with NUPEPS PEPTIDES.
  • Transactions with parties claiming to represent NUPEPS PEPTIDES.
  • Allegations for which the recipient's identity or authorization remains unresolved.

We welcome scrutiny grounded in verifiable records. We object to conclusions that fail to distinguish our company from parties using our identity without authorization.

If someone requested cryptocurrency in our name

Preserve the original messages, account details, payment instructions, wallet address, transaction hash, amount, and date.

Contact [email protected] or visit nupeps.com to report the incident. Do not publish identity documents, passwords, or complete financial information in public comments.

NUPEPS PEPTIDES does not accept cryptocurrency payments. Our name being used in a payment request does not establish that we authorized or received that payment.
