Finnrick: Produce the Evidence. Correct the Record. Retract the Attribution.

NUPEPS PEPTIDES categorically rejects the fraud attribution in Finnrick Analytics' "Vendor Intelligence Report." Linking our legitimate company to Telegram and cryptocurrency schemes is a serious accusation. We demand evidence that identifies our company as the operator of those schemes, or a clear public correction removing that attribution. A shared name is not proof of shared ownership, control, or conduct.

Our position is unequivocal

NUPEPS PEPTIDES has never sold through Telegram and has never accepted cryptocurrency. Our official sales website is nupeps.com. Sellers using our name to solicit Telegram or crypto payments are not authorized by us. We have identified them as impersonators and warned customers about them.

We are the company whose identity is being misused. We refuse to accept being blamed for the conduct we have warned customers to avoid. In our view, conflating an impersonated business with its impersonators is a fundamental verification failure that demands correction.

An accusation requires evidence. Silence is not evidence.

According to our correspondence record, we first disputed this attribution on September 29, 2026. As of this October 23 draft, we have not received evidence establishing that NUPEPS PEPTIDES operated the Telegram accounts or accepted the cryptocurrency payments at issue. Finnrick must identify the actual operator and explain the basis for attaching our company's name to that conduct.

Repeating an allegation does not substantiate it.

Our account of the correspondence

  • September 29: We disputed the attribution in writing and requested supporting evidence or a correction within 10 business days.
  • October 13: We demanded removal, a retraction, and correction of the record by October 16.
  • October 16: On a call, Finnrick said it was working on a fix. According to our record, the disputed attribution remained live after that deadline.
  • October 23: We issued a further formal notice demanding removal and a public retraction, with referral to counsel if the matter remained unresolved.

Stop associating our business with impersonators. Show the evidence or correct the record.

Testing results deserve accurate context

Our records identify four NUPEPS PEPTIDES products tested through Finnrick's program, with all four passing. Those results concern the tested samples; they do not establish who controls a Telegram account. We expect Finnrick to present both product-testing information and vendor-identity claims accurately, with evidence appropriate to each. Neither a brand name nor a laboratory result substitutes for verifying who actually took a payment.

Finnrick must also explain its pricing

The sales correspondence described in our record raises separate questions. On October 13, we received an offer advertising testing from $109 per sample for orders of 10 or more products. The October 16 quote listed rates of $180 to $285 per sample and a $10,800 total for 38 of our 67 product groups. Our calculation of the listed line items was $9,350, leaving a $1,450 difference requiring explanation. On October 19, we were told that the advertised rate did not apply to the laboratories able to test most of our catalog. A "from" price may have conditions. That does not remove the obligation to explain those conditions clearly and reconcile a quotation. We consider this pricing experience unacceptable. We want an itemized explanation of the difference and a clear account of when the advertised rate applies.

These pricing concerns are separate from our demand to correct the fraud attribution.

Our demands are specific

  1. Produce the supporting evidence. Identify the records that allegedly connect our actual company to the Telegram accounts, payment destinations, or transactions described.
  2. Remove the unsupported attribution. Clearly distinguish NUPEPS PEPTIDES and nupeps.com from unauthorized sellers using our name.
  3. Publish a clear correction and retraction. Give it visibility comparable to the original allegation and explain what was corrected.
  4. Confirm the correction in writing. Address the disputed attribution directly and provide the requested pricing reconciliation.

We have preserved the materials supporting our position and are prepared to refer this matter to counsel. We will not allow our requests for evidence and correction to be dismissed or delayed indefinitely. Finnrick should be willing to substantiate what it publishes and correct what it cannot support.
